Once you have seen a house on our website that you think may be suitable for you we can then organise a viewing. This will be either with the owner or the estate agent.

We can also find you some alternatives to view whilst you are here so that you get a broader picture of what is available and utilise your visit to the maximum.

If you would like advice and guidance on buying a property in Italy and/or accompanied viewing by Richard (for translation and building guidance) his services are charged at €200 per day which includes help opening a bank account and obtaining your tax code..

Apart from this optional service there is no extra charge whether you eventually buy a house advertised with us or not.

If you do not need Richard to accompany you on your viewing appointments then we will simply make the appointments for you with the estate agents (although please be advised that most do not speak English).

Richard Turnbull may have had a couple of DIY disasters on the telly but in reality he's a handy chap!

So much so that he's gone into business with Dante (our long suffering local builder) to start the company 'Casa del Sole Construction'.

The objective is to help other people find their perfect property here in Tuscany at an affordable price.

Richard will source properties to match your needs and Dante will give estimates of any work that is required to make the property habitable.

Richard and Dante will then work together on the project, employing other local artisans.

Richard will make sure that you are kept fully aware of the progress of any work undertaken and liase with the Italian craftsmen to take the hassle out of your overseas renovation work.
